Hispanic Heritage Celebration + General PTA Meeting

  • Hogg Middle School Auditorium 1100 Merrill Street Houston, TX, 77009 United States (map)

Join us for the first general PTA meeting of the year as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month (observed Sept. 15 - Oct. 15).  This family event will include Mariachi and Ballet Folklorico performances by students from Crockett Elementary School followed by a showcase of Latin American culture, food, arts, crafts, student poster presentations, and so much more!  Come meet on-air radio personality of Latino Mix 104.9 and 93.3, Beto Najera, who will share his journey and inspire our students.  Also, let your taste buds dance by sampling homemade salsas submitted by Hogg faculty and families for our salsa competition.
